Xodium AITerms and Conditions

By using Xodium AI (the “Service”), operated by DATV Creative Xtudios (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. AI answers can be wrong
Xodium AI uses artificial intelligence. Answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing or deceptive;
- upload content you have no right to use, or other people’s private information;
- try to break, overload or bypass the Service, including its message limits;
- try to access other users’ data or our systems, or use bots to create accounts or send messages.
4. Limits and changes
The Service is currently free, with daily message limits and a limited demo. We may change or remove limits, features or the Service itself at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You allow us to store and process it, including by sending it to our AI provider, only as needed to run the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Our property
The Xodium AI name, logo, design and software belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, such as hosting, database and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where DATV Creative Xtudios is based, unless local law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
